The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing

The food service was awesome and the staff was all friendly and nice to understand me even with my limited knowledge of the language, Portuguese. I would ask for a initial tour of the room; how the lighting works and how to signal the cleaning crew “ not do your room that day “

Experience in the hotel
Hotel is located in Batel neighborhood, really well situated between bars, shoppings, restaurants. About the room, the service is very good, cleanness, breakfast. The only point I pay attention is the bathroom, where to open the door is a small space between the toilet and the entrance. If it could have closets to keep the clothes inside would be awesome too.

Very nice hotel in Curitiba
Hotel was very nice. It was really clean and in a beautiful location. Very nice area and felt safe walking the streets at night there. Curitiba is such a clean city, it was every bit as clean as it was 35 years ago when I was there last. Beautiful city and hotel. Would stay there every time I go to Curitiba. Highly recommend this hotel.

O hotel no geral é bom, do não justifica o valor da diária. Quem quer economizar não é o melhor custo benefício. Chegamos no horário do checkin, tinha apenas 1 atendente e estavam terminando de limpar os quartos ainda. Nessa hora ainda teve cliente que não respeitou a fila, e não falaram nada. O quarto e bom, estava limpo e bem conservado (além de parecer antigo um pouco). No banheiro, achei estranho todo sabonete e shampoo ser líquido, mas tudo bem. Quando se liga a luz do banheiro, liga um exaustor que faz muito barulho, e quando o andar de cima ligava, ficava um barulho incomodo. A internet é tão lenta que as vezes nem funciona. Os atendentes foram prestativos e atenciosos quando precisamos, acredito que a situação inicial possa ser um problema do Hotel em si. O cafe da manhã é ok, não tem muitas opções, apenas um básico. A máquina de café não estava funcionando no dia que fui.

A chegada ao hotel é bem fácil. O hotel é simples, mas pra 1 noite foi ok. O quarto que fiquei era mais antigo e o lençol estava rasgado. Não tem amenities soltos no banheiro, apenas dispenseres com produtos, então achei que parecia que eu estava em um shopping, nada pessoal. O café da manhã também é simples, mas tinha o que eu precisava (frutas, ovos mexidos, pão de queijo e cafés). Sempre fiquei em um outro hotel de rede na rua de trás, mas quis experimentar outra opção. Nas próximas idas a Curitiba, manterei a reserva no hotel de rede.
