I enjoyed this property because the free breakfast was served kindly and thoughtfully. I also booked tours like the Cajas and a Bus ride to Turi through them. As an English speaker, the receptionists were attentive to my questions and answered them well.

This hotel was immaculate! The staff are very polite and professional. The breakfast was amazing! The interior took me back in Spanish time. The location is perfect. I love everything about this hotel. I will definitely stay here when visit Cuenca again.

There is absolutely nothing negative about this place! It’s so beautiful and very well maintained. There is only 2 floors no elevator because it’s very antique everything from the floors the walls are so beautiful the room we had was on the 2nd floor it was so beautiful and the bathroom are updated. The service is amazing! The breakfast is very fresh no buffet they prepare it for you. I absolutely love this place and will definitely go back many more times to stay!! Thank you all so much!!
