"There were no maps on showing us how to enter the property. The roads are all one way and due to the holiday the traffic was awful. It took several attempts to find which gate to enter. Then the check in was dreadful. Only one staff handling all of the check-ins and the line was long and took us over an hour to check-in. The view of Taal lake and Taal volcano crater from the room were excellent. It was nice we had a kitchen and didn't have to go out to eat. My family was happy that New Years eve...
