"This is by far my favorite hotel in Manila. The location is great, hotel is nice, and staff is outstanding. I specifically remember Pia at the front desk who assisted me both with check in and check out. I had an issue that she handled with great care and efficiency. I am extremely grateful to Pia and all the amazing staff at the New World Makati. They are all top notch professionals who care about your stay."

"My wife and I frequently stay at the Novotel in Cubao next the Araneta Colosseum. It's always our first choice when we have business in Manila (we live elsewhere in the Philippines...). This time we stayed with all of our adult children and their families, five family groups altogether. We were very happy with the service at Novotel, as always."
