"We stay at this hotel every time we attend a convention or vend at a convention which is at least twice/year. The staff are so incredible - I mean EVERY SINGLE Person that works there. We recommend it to everyone!"

"I like the staff and service everyone was very friendly and welcoming. What I didn't like or needs improvement will be the parking off site the transportation bus pick up from hotel was always delayed and we were required to wait outside by the curb even though it was cold and wind blowing raining.with little children. That was unexceptional the bus should always be available at the hotel as well as the parking lot."

"The staff was very professional and helpful in meal recommendations. We enjoyed tea and cookies in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast was what you would expect- scrambled eggs, oatmeal, sausage, bagels, juice, coffee...The room itself was average- slightly dated, but clean. No complaints. The pool was closed during our stay- it would have been nice to use the pool and hot tub. We did not find out about the closure until the day before our trip. On-site parking was easy and relatively inexpensive for the area ($20), and we were within walking distance to the Clifton Hill area, and really most of Niagra depending on how much walking/hiking one likes to do. The room was a good value for the price and pretty much what we expected."
