"Hotel itself was great, and the room was well appointed. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are a building site at the moment so it’s noisy and hard to navigate. The staff member in training when we checked in told us we had breakfast, but we weren’t on the list in the morning which was a little embarrassing. The shower also wasn’t draining properly, so the bathroom floor flooded while showering, which wasn’t ideal."

"Stayed over before an early morning flight to Canada after driving up from the north west. The hotel is very convenient. Clean and comfortable rooms and social areas. I would stay again. I regret paying ahead of time for breakfast as there wasn’t much available to eat at the early hour - very basic continental and no hot buffet, and so I ended up paying again for something hot at the airport after check in."
