"Absolutely recommend this hotel! The reception staff was excellent and stayed open for me even though i arrived late as i got stuck waiting at a drawbridge in antwerp. It was clean, quiet, and i had a great night's sleep. "

"That 24/7 minimart alone deserves 5 stars. Kinda incredible. Great selection and totally fair prices. Honestly, why don’t more hotels do this? The location’s perfect, and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Only downside is that it did get a bit noisy sometimes. But still if I’m in Rotterdam again, I’m booking here again without a doubt."

"Hotel mattress was extremely hard so the elder fell off the bed on the first night. Hotel was quick to try to rectify it, with a change of room no less. Glad we paid for breakfast, which made it easier given our travel with senior."
