"All of the staff was great, especially the team in the ski room lockers and shop. They are so friendly and helpful. "

The only thing I was disappointed was that when I did the check I was told that I had €200 in spa facility. I purchased swimsuits and in checkout I was told that the swimming wear were not allowed inthis spa purchase. I wish I was told that before. "

Plus the location is very central so there is no need to shuttle around because everything is in walking distance.
