Not quite a 5 star hotel
It is a nicely renovated hotel with nice spa facilities although it the toilets remain un renovated both in the rooms and main hotel areas. As such, the toilets look like public toilets and pretty dingy. The staff tries their best and are friendly and very good. I was there last week before the hotel closes for the season and it was not the best time to visit. It did feel like they switched off the air conditioning at night as there were so few of us left at the hotel. It might be better if the hotel ran full facilities til the end as all the gueats did pay quite a lot to enjoy full facilities and it wouldn't be fair on them. Nice ski in/out slopes to pralong and fantastic location and convenient shuttles to the town. Overall, I would say great location and exemplary staff but needs work to make it a luxurious 5 star hotel

Great hotel right on the slopes
This is our second visit to this hotel. The location is great as it is sat right on the slopes and really is ski in and out from the ski room door. Staff our excellent and the facilities are good with a superb pool area with hot tub, sauna etc. It is a little way from the centre of Courchevel 1850 but has a good complimentary transport to and from the hotel to anywhere in the resort. The last day of our stay was spoilt a bit as the hotel had been fully booked by one group and they all arrived in the morning when we were trying to have breakfast and check out and the staff were overwhelmed. This said we will go back again as it is a lovely hotel with great staff. We would highly recommend it.

Absolutely RIGHT choice
You can never beat this location! Absolutely ski-in ski-out at 1850. Extremely outstanding service from every staff, especially Roland THOMAS at the concierge and the helpful & courteous guys in the ski room. Breakfast is classic European with lots of cold cuts,yoghurt & cheese. Lounge area are very comfortable & welcoming.

Les chambres gagneraient à être rafraichies (boiseries vieillotes), les TV remplacées. La piscine était inutilisable semble t'il parce que la pompe est vieille. Dommage.
