"Exceptionally kind staff (all Scots are exceptionally kind) it's true its an old building. Floor slopes a bit here and there. Do ask for the quiet side of the building if bands are playing next soor"

"Enjoyed every minute. Visually gorgeous. Loved the steam sauna and regular. Thought there was a hot tub but there wasnt. The pool is school kid size, but refreshingly nice temperature. Not too cold after sauna. Room was nice, bathtub was relaxing, but the water was showering all over the place. Customer service was impressive. Loved every minute of our stay. Ps. Beautiful paintings in sale all over"
