"Second time staying at this hotel and we loved it as much as we did the first time, if not more especially with the warm welcome back we received. The rooms are bright and airy, great pool view from our room, the food (we were half board) is really excellent but it’s the staff who, without exception, are a true credit to this hotel. They are helpful -always with a smile, warm, hard working and a pleasure to be around. "

"Very attentive, friendly service at reception. Rooms very comfortable & very clean. Pool area very calm & welcoming. Good choice of buffet food & service in restaurant good. Evening entertainment, enjoyable. Only complaint, piano bar staff on one night visited were slow & unfriendly. Overall, would highly, definitely recommend for a quiet, luxury get away. Puerto Calero lovely walk to nearby with various boat trips."
