I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help."

"Hotel typical for half board/all inclusive. Hotel room fab sea view. Own lounge with bedroom. Staff on reception and luis Vanessa very friendly in the bar. The restaurant manager (man) very good and witnesses v friendly except two who told me off for taking my coffee to the terrace. Restaurant a lot nicer when they were not working. Ran more efficiently, less chaos. Area is pretty but disappointing as in the middle of nowhere. La Mata is pretty but very little there. Torrevijeca is as usual...
