5/5 Excellent
"The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset for the delay but she just asked if anyone had texted us. We said no- she looked at the computer and found the wrong number had been entered. Despite us being upset by all this she never apologized or acknowledged our frustrations. Instead she just kept talking at us - ignoring any concerns we expressed which just made us more frustrated. A little understanding or compassion would have gone a long way. "

"The place is very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating when I complained about being next to a room with a loud crying baby. The rooms were connected so it made it worse. I was told that there was no room available but after sharing the situation I was moved Immediately. "

"Splurged for an ocean view room and it was worth it! Beds were comfortable. We could open the balcony doors and listen to the music during the day, and the tiny mighty coqui frogs during the night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We never had any problems finding beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Each place to eat has a slightly different menu, giving you lots of options. We also felt safe walking and exploring outside the property. PR is wonderful! Our stay at Royal Sonesta was perfect!"

"Best Hotel. The personnel was so friendly. The inside of the room is very inviting. They keep stocking a variety of snacks everytime they came to clean my room. So many places to choose to eat close by. I have a fantastic time."
