The room was very nice, and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. It was hard to figure out where to park, but the hotel does have a good deal with a parking garage (we had to move our car over there after check in).

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, nice bathroom. Location is great, view of river and walking to shopping and restaurants is close by. Safe location. Only negative is no parking.. you have to use a car park over the bridge down the street. 5 minute walk dragging luggage to hotel. The car park is discounted with hotel validation. Location, location, location! We did not rent cars, we used Irish Train, Bus Tours, public transit, and mostly walking. Hotel close to everything, sights to see, restaurants, pubs, etc. We had a fantastic 4 days in Cork and area.
Oliver Plunket street and pub, only 3 min walk from hotel. You are truly in Cork City Center.

Very central location incredibly walkable to everything in the center of Cork. Easy to get to and from by car as well. Room was big and clean (but get above the "third" floor as it's street level and there are rooms below, facing a courtyard). Highly recommended as a base for exploring the many pubs, restaurants, cafés, and sights Cork and the surrounding countryside has to offer.

Hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. We ordered room service 3 of the 5 nights we were there and every meal was incredibly delicious. But best of all the location was perfect! Very short (10 minutes or less) walking distance to lots of great restaurants, pubs and shopping. We even walked to the train station (only 12 minutes) to visit Cobh, a great seaside town just 1/2 hour ride from Cork.

Nice place in the heart of Cork. We were given a basemenr room with no river view jist a wall of another building, most likely because we booked through Expedia and not direct. But it was a quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff are very welcoming.

Great location, clean , everything worked, really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Shower excellent and regular towel changes. Only minor comment was that the air conditioning did not go below 19 C and the window only opened a fraction for safety.
