"The amazing the staff on top of everything. The resort has 3 pools. My room was right by the main pool. They offer shuttle service. The only downside was not walking distance to anywhere. "

"I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this. While say trying to order food I was ignored for a while as the assumption was someone would join me, it would have been nice to have been asked instead of having to approach the bar to get someone's attention."
