"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."

"This is a Ma and Pa operation run by a couple. It's basically a two person operation, they run the desk, clean the rooms, do the landscaping and clean pool. Its chief value is that it's quite inexpensive, but fairly bare bones, Very clean rooms. No decorations or art in the room. But it's comfortable, albeit dated. "it was a beautiful location and stayed there for Daytona bike week. only problem was that the parking was not paved, and sand was not safe for bikers. I dropped my bike because of that, also TV was outdated and remote did not operate correctly. if they would pave the parking lot i would stay there again and there is always room for improvement and to make it safer to park there."
