"We have stayed here multiple times and LOVE this hotel. Perfect location between Copacabana and Ipanema beach. The staff cannot do enough. The whole experience was amazing. Spa is 10/10. "

"Very clean, centrally located (Copa), nice pool at the rooftop, but it gets pretty hot, so don’t expect to feel refreshed. Also, keep in mind the coffee capsule in the room are not complimentary (maybe it’s a norm, but I’ve never stayed at the hotel where they charge you for coffee). Overall, pretty good stay that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. "

"I find housekeeping was very bare minimum, they only changed the shower towels didn’t bother changing the face towels and it took me forever to get an iron to steam my clothes. When I did receive the iron it was hot as if they were waiting on someone else to finish using it. "

"I normally stay next door at the JW Marriott but they were full. Too bad now that I have found Windsor California Hotel which is half the cost per night, better breakfast. Good bye JW Marriott"
