"When arrived at the hotel , they did not have our names on the system .. rooms and services are not as published on the site .. no service , no ☎️ phone , no fridge , construction all over the place , cannot got to the pool on for certain hours after construction workers are done working and bad help desk ... bad experience , I want my money back ."

"En general el Hotel es muy nuevo y agradable. Está muy bien localizado. El único problema fué que al llegar me informaron que mi reserva a través de Hoteles.com no era válida porque había cambiado la administración. Pude alojarme con mi familia por un precio bastante superior al pactado en la reserva. El personal es muy amable y cálido en su trato. "
