"Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"The cleaning staff were friendly and overall we liked the atmosphere of the place with the pool. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work most of the time. Not ideal for working nomads. The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. "Stayed for 8 nights with my Wife. Really loved it. Staff were amazing. Pool area was top notch for laying around sipping drinks around the pool bar. Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside. Wife really enjoyed the Spa treatments, massages and hair session. Breakfast and dining options were good. Cant say enough about the staff, i was constantly amazed by how friendly and engaged the staff were with the guests. Was in deluxe room and was really nice. Will definitely stay there again. Read a few reviews that mentioned the property was a bit tired.. While i agree abit of a paint touch up wouldnt hurt, the place is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful and tropical feeling. Also read some reviews mentioning noise. Wasnt a problem for us.. Sure there is the sounds of the tropics at night, but hey its Bali. We were up front so there was some accoustic serenading from the bar across the street at night, but we found it relaxing. If its a problem maybe ask for a room down the back of the resort?"

"Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Super luxurious and the staff made sure to make us feel super welcome. The treat you like royalty it was the best 7 days of our lives i will definitely be recommending to family and freinds and one more thing the views of the ocean were unreal.
