"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. The room was very clean and in good condition. However, the staff members (front desk and valet employees) made our stay really great! We had a friend meeting us just to go to the party at The Main. When we asked at the front desk for the location of the nearest public garage to let her know the best place to park, they offered to...

"Well, I did have a trouble with Expedia reservations booking me for a Time Share type of Hotel. On arrival , the front desk had to find the my reservation. Lucky I had all info and they fixed the trouble. They were awesome about that. Then, I was told that I was to go in the morning for a seminar about the property which I quickly declined. No problem. I found that I had to park in a lot that was half a block away and with a 2 day pass. Then, come back to the lobby to retrieve my luggage cart....

"Had a great stay, I could tell that care and thoughtfulness is put into the guest experience there. The staff were excellent and as an unexpected bonus they had a complementary level 2 EV charging station for their guests that came in super handy for me. The hot tub in the room with a view was also a very unique amenity rarely seen these days and my family enjoyed it. Great stay!"

"We didn’t like having to walk outside to get to the elevator. It was cold. I would have liked restrooms in the lobby area. The breakfasts were ToP Notch! Chris was fun and we could tell he loved his job!!"
