"The hotel is located near to the airport. I had to stay in Guayaquil because of a flight cancellation and the hotel was a great choice. They offer a shuttle service in and out from the airport, and there is a mall on the lower floors, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and the personnel was very helpful."

"The staff at Grand was excellent. Breakfast was awesome! Many fresh fruit options, plus hot meal, cereal, and much more! We received a VIP drink voucher for a cocktail (limited). Pool (cold water ), sauna, steam room, ping pong, games, pool table was excellent."
