PROS; - free toiletries(soap, shampoo) - Plates, cups, silverware were available to use in the room - Easy communication 4 English speakers(I ordered a shuttle to the airport & spoke with a polite man in English. "The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and the communication was prompt and thorough. The location was just minutes from the airport as well. I highly recommend the place."

"The neighborhood itself was a little rough and walking around required heighten awareness. The property was very secure. There were four doors and four keys to get it to the apartment. Three of them were iron security doors. Orlando was very accommodating and friendly and the little watch dog, I called Scooter, was a treat. He welcome me with cheerful tail wags and calf nudges every time I returned to the apartment."

"The owner came to meet us and showed us the apartment. He is fluent in English and he was available to answer our calls promptly. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. We were missing a large pot for cooking soup. He arranged for his wife to bring it to the apartment. We would definitely return there for our next visit."

"Después de cuatro años sin visitar Ecuador, este viaje superó todas mis expectativas. Fue mi primera experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil y, sin duda, lo recomendaré siempre. La atención al cliente y el servicio personalizado fueron excepcionales. Quiero destacar especialmente a Gabriela y Daniel de recepción, quienes fueron sumamente atentos, profesionales y carismáticos durante toda mi estadía. Yo que trabajo como front desk en Canadá, me sorprendió gratamente ver que el nivel de servicio del Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil está a la altura de los mejores. Me sentí realmente como en casa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, cines, discotecas y más. "This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel, the security, comfort and hospitality is one of the reasons I highly recommend this place, breakfast is great lots of food options and since it’s a mall I had my hair colored and manicure and pedicure for only $60 dollars in Florida I pay more than that just for my nails. I will definitely come back next year!"
