"I don’t know what the negative reviews are about but I had a great stay. Check in and staff interaction was great. I bring my own cleaning products and there wasn’t a single bit of dirt debris on my cloths that I used to clean the surfaces. Bed was comfortable. It was affordable, no complaints at all."

"Amazing stay. Wish we’d booked for longer than one night. Cliff the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The pool area was great and being able to walk into Hyannis was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back! "
