The staff was not helpful at all and a little rude. The girl at the valet told us to park in a parking deck, which should’ve cost us $14 a night and ended up costing us $49. That was very upsetting. The room was $400 and they didn’t even offer park. This is a hotel in Cleveland Ohio not New York which I’ve been too and paid less a night with parking. But they did offer complementary coffee, and tea in the morning… that was meant to be sarcastic. I would never recommend to stay at this hotel, and I can definitely tell you that I will never go back again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard. I also didn't like that the tv was outdated and didn't have built in streaming apps that you can log into. Otherwise, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it's walking distance to everything.

Tyler in the front lobby was amazing. Accommodating remembered me. I felt that she likes her job and doesn’t handle it in a professional manner even there was a rudely customer in front of me. Hotel was average. Room was not very light and stuck in a corner. A bit noisy with sounds coming from hallway and other rooms. Valet parking was $48 but online/website/tv amenities stated only $39.but they would not honor the price shown. So, a little disappointed overall.
