" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. "Great hotel in an excellent location. Super convenient for London public transport and set in a very quiet square. The room was surprisingly big in comparison to other London hotels, and the bathroom was spacious too. Our room didn't seem to have a mini fridge and there was panels falling off the desk where I assumed they closed it shut, but we didn't really need it. A/C seemed to be controlled centrally, and though I didn't have any issues, I heard other guests complaining about the heat, so...

"Clink78 is currently not operating as a hostel, it’s an office building. I showed up at night after my flight just to find out that there’s no hostel there. They moved me to Clink261, but it was dirty and not what I originally signed up for. You need to pay for towels that you don’t even get to keep."
