"I loved it here! The rooms were small- but just enough. They were comfortable and efficient. The pool on the 2nd floor had an awesome view of the city, and the hotel was centrally located with a lot going on around it. I would totally recommend this hotel and stay here again if I am ever back in the area."

"We've enjoyed 2 nights at the Grand Park City Hall hotel & highly recommend this hotel for it's great location across the road from the City Hall MRT station (takes you to Changi airport) comfortable room & it's wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome from the first step into the hotel. We stayed in a Club room on the 9th floor, with access to the Crystal Club lounge, which we used for breakfast afternoon tea & evening cocktails. Gladys & Iman made us feel so welcome & are an asset to this hotel. They went above & beyond with the service they provided to us & with a constant smile on their face. From check-in which was so smooth & great staff who provided us with our room prior to the normal check-in time, was so much appreciated after a long 18 hours flight from LA. The food from breakfast to evening canapes was delicious. We 100% would recommend this hotel for the great location to food and staff, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back on our next stop over. :)"
