"Edinburgh is very over priced when it comes to hotel rooms. I managed to get this room quite cheap so expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised. All the things that you want to be good were good. VERY CLEAN (room and linen) although a shared bathroom, it was a very clean and spacious one. Very very friendly staff. The room furniture was dated a little, but judging a chest of drawers holds no point, as long as it is clean and not broken. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is in a lovely quiet spot on the edge of Kirkcaldy. It is peaceful, the room we were in was beautiful, luxurious and large. The food was delicious and we attended a function in a lovely room. The only thing missing from the hotel experience was a spa/swimming pool and gym.
