"The Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel had parking access inside the gate to the town. It was very clean and there was a simple breakfast in the morning with healthy options. The only problem we had was that the bed was extremely hard. So hard the we both tossed all night and woke with terrible back and shoulder pains. The bathroom was clean but the shower was so small you could not turn around in it. "We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. We got caught in traffic and realised we'd never make it to the hotel by the cut off check in time so we called the number provided which lead to a message in Italian. We tried for hours with no response, we even had local officers translate the message but they said it made no sense. "This accommodation was perfect for us. The room was modern and very clean, and we had access to a rooftop terrace which was perfect for a morning and afternoon picnic. The location is in the middle of Riomaggiore, with easy access to the train and many restaurants. Roberto was an excellent host, and very flexible, who gave us all kinds of information about the area. I highly, highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to the Cinque Terre. "

"We had a lovely stay in this cute little room right in the middle of Monterosso. There was a kettle and fridge in the room and a wonderful bakery just outside our door. There were eateries everywhere nearby. "
