Excellent customer service. Every staff is so helpful and always coming forward to assist. On the last early checkout at 5.30am, two male bell captains were very helpful and eager to get our luggages to the taxi. They were so happy and leave a great impression on us. We will come back again.

The Royal Park hotel is close to transportation and very nice, if a bit dated. The staff are helpful and polite. I would happily stay here again.
