"The breakfast was incredible all the staff was very nice the only thing I did not like :-) was arriving an hour early and they charged me about $7 extra to enter the room even though it was ready to go the same thing happened to us at another property so this might be a normal thing for Japan also they had lots of free amenities think things like razors toothbrushes toothpaste all of that sort of thing very nice. Also they offer free use of pajamas"

"This hotel is dated but well staffed and maintained. It's our second visit and we'll be back! Perfect location with beautiful views of the peace park and bomb dome. Easy access to public transportation."

"Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. "Beautiful hotel. The rooms are fantastic and have huge windows with nice chaise long in front. The reception is calm and decorated with beautiful bonsai trees. The sushi restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend having one meal here. And the staff couldn’t do enough for us."
