"Just a short walk from T5, the Underground Station and car park. Efficient check in. Porter to take cases to the room and a truly outstanding room with all mod cons. Bed & pillows were unbelievably comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Only downside was being unable to raise reception on the phone in the morning to get our bags collected from the room. Would definitely stay here again "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
