"What a wonderful hotel! From the lovely check in staff, to the beautiful room, we had an amazing stay. We were celebrating an anniversary, and received a lovely card and bottle of prosecco. Such a lovely surprise. The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend. "
