This hotel were very dirty looking, the floors in the bathroom were cracked up, the light in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling I could go on but I wouldn’t recommend

the entire stay there was a disaster, the beds were dirty and the walls were stained with god knows what, the bathroom was horrendous and not to mention the door would refuse to open even after the room key was inserted multiple times..... we had to force the door open. the hotel looks nothing like how it does on the website and it needs updating.

My room had black mold in it there was a leak in the ceiling and never got fixed smelled bad like marijuana and they have the nerve to harass me while I was getting ready to check out about my service dog. When it said pet friendly on google search!

I feel like I got what I paid for. I had to travel with some friends who booked a more expensive hotel. However, I wanted something more reasonable yet decent. This price was affordable and the hotel was pretty good. So I’m satisfied.

It was a quiet stay and they had a decent breakfast ready on time. My issue was when I asked to switch to a room with a bigger bed, even though I was willing to pay $80 more. She told me no and it was too late. That didn’t make sense

The staff was friendly-enough, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, but in need of some repair...burn marks on night stand, scratches on other wood furniture,splintered wood on bathroom door, plumbing underneath the open-view vanity counter could use a thorouogh wipe down. We were not able to access bluetooth Wifi for our computer tablet use. The bathroom was in definite need of a new shower head. The water flow was the equivalent of a garden water hose with a bend in it. The free breakfast was what I would have expected, a small continental style with cold and hot options. I was uncomfortable with the surroundings of people at the adjacent hotel, sitting on the curb smoking weed, as well as guest of this hotel smoking weed and drinking alcohol in their cars. The parking lot is brightly lit, but security enforcement of bettercomfort and safety policies is needed. I feel like this hotel could easily become a 4-star hotel, with a little "spit and polish" and better security officers holding to stricter safety policies. I question if we'd stay again, simply because of the surroundings. Thank you

The absolute WORST hotel I ever stayed at. The walls in the room had black stains on it. The room smelled like mold with poor ventilation and the carpet was dirty. This building needs to tore down & rebuilt . A young lady named Jessica was nice enuf to refund me.
