We enjoyed our stay generally. The room was comfortable and we were happy to have hot water with good water pressure. Our only issue, which was minor, was the minibar. There was no clear signage about what was included in the mini bar and not. This was our final stay in Thailand and every accommodation, including hostels, provided water. So having water counted in the “mini bar” charges was a little crazy. If you’re going to have a minibar, have it clear. As well, upon checkout reception had housekeeping check each room before you could go to see if you used the mini bar. Just seemed like something that wasn’t thought out fully as a money grab. Overall, we liked our stay and would stay again.

Rooms are not Soundproof as advertised. I could hear road traffic and doors in hallway close, like any hotel. Classy hotel and shower was high up, hot and great water pressure, although some black mould was starting to show in ceramic tile grouting. Wonderful swimming pool area! Also able to walk to big local mall!

Very nice hotel with 5 star look and feel. Food is very good, however: breakfast buffet is large, with the same everyday items everyday, limited bread and Danish choices, would have been nice to change the variety of Danish and rolls. Only dinner roll was offered no other rolls or croissant, only 1 flavor of danish. Fruit and juice was the same everyday, water or apple juice. Dinner was big disappointment: out of menu 4 items and very, very slow. suggest dinning outside of the hotel.

Great hotel to stay in Chiang Rai
We stayed in the hotel for a few nights and we were really impressed. The beds were really comfortable and the room was of a good size. The interior of the hotel, especially the lounge, is simply stunning. We loved the breakfast, especially the egg station where a lovely cook made really tasty omelettes and scrambled eggs. The hot chocolate was a really nice touch. There is a selection of bread and fruit and some Asian dishes. Most of the clientele isn't into Western breakfast but we still had everything we needed, perhaps some cheese would have made it ideal. The location was good. We never had a problem ordering a taxi to the hotel, we also rented a scooter so it was easy to get around as the hotel offers parking. The hotel has quite a large swimming pool which was a great addition. Overall a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay in this hotel again if we even come back to Chiang Rai.

The staff and service were excellent. They were attentive and informative. Provided excellent service as soon as we arrived and until we left the hotel. The rooms were really clean and ready upon our early arrivals. Excellent food options whether it’s breakfast or dinner.

We loved the chiang rai area. Pool was beautiful! We had drugs in our safe upon arrival from the previous person staying in the room so we had to get those removed. The other issue was the hotel needs some maintenance around the windows. There was a thunderstorm while we stayed there and the windows were leaking water we all over the floor so the whole area was soaking. Took 2 towels sitting on the floor overnight to soak up all the water. The room also smelled of almost a damp mildew. But other than that the food was really good, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options
