Very cool hotel with the friendliest most welcoming staff we've encountered anywhere. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioner was the quietest we've had in Thailand. Breakfast was the best, and during the day there was unlimited tea/coffee/cocoa, water and snacks! The pool is cool and inviting. As my husband Onslow said, it's like they don't want us to go anywhere else! Walking distance to excellent street food at Chiang Mai gate.

I booked this hotel based on the great reviews but it didn't exactly portray what I was expecting. The toilet was dirty, there was hair on the bathroom walls and floor, and the walls could use a nice fresh coat of paint becuase they were dirty. It just wasn't clean. The staff was great however.

I have been staying in 4 star and 5 star hotels , although it is a humble settings but the Boss of I Silver really nailed it because the service was par excellence and staffs are polite and willing to go an extra mile to fullfill our stay .I must say the amenities might be less but they have a more generous heart and service. Very humble people and nation. It is I Silver and Wendy Tours make us feel that it is worth coming back to Chiang Mai.

Hotel staff are friendly. They helped me prepare a birthday cake for my friend. Location is good just 3 mins walk to Saturday market. Room is cleaned. Breafast spread is good especially we can hv unlimited coffee and mineral water. The only bad is the room no soundproof even hotel do have silent signboard but some guests are not bother and inconsiderate. Overall is good.

The location from the airport and locality is ideal. The staff were helpful and as the property is new the furnishings and cleanliness were great. The breakfast and pool are commendable. Distance to local shops and Saturday street market within walking distance and area feels safe.

Wonderful stay with kind people in a clean space!
The service and friendliness of this hotel’s staff was amazing and the hotel itself was relaxed, airy, spotless, and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. The free waters and espresso machine (and snacks!) in the lobby saved us from having to find them while out and about in Chiang Mai. The staff was extremely helpful in also arranging transportation around and outside the town. The pool was clean and fun and the rooms were clean also and made up every day while we were out. I have already booked another stay!!

Loved our stay here! All day coffee, water and snacks was amazing! Friendly staff clean building and great location. One morning we woke up too late for breakfast but the staff gave us some food anyway. Really appreciated that, highly recommend this hotel

Friendly, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Free freshly brew coffee, tea and drinking water 24 hour. Location not in the centre but you can easily move around using GRAB.

Great hotel
Absolutely love our stay at Isilver Great location, friendly staff. I completely understand this is a brand new hotel, I only saw one review before I booked but decided to go for it and I was so happy with my choice. Great welcome when we arrived. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, free water, tea and coffee all day and cake now and then. It was a relief from the hotel we stayed in before we arrived at Isilver. I’d definitely go back!
