"We will definitely return when it is warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor courtyard. Also the staff (LaMont & Jay) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfy and cozy and we loved the pillows. They get an extra BRAVO as the city of Richmond just endured a water issue due to a recent snow storm. Lastly the convenience to local Restaurants within walking distance was a perk. "

"This is our fifth visit to the Jefferson and it has never failed to be anything but comfortable and a classy weekend. They always take great care of us, even when Richmond was battling a boil water edict due to issues at the Water facility. Fortunately the boil water restrictions were lifted Saturday at noon, just in time for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. Which we highly recommend if you get the chance. Overall, It was because of the Hotel’s high attention to detail that the water issues caused no real concern and we look forward to our next visit."
