Reception service in the middle of the night was very good. The room needs a good clean though and was below standard. It smelled and the floor and walls are dirty. Breakfast was good and complete for a very reasonable price.

Do not stay here. Our door didn't lock, the outlet blew flames out of it that shot all the way to our beds when we used our hair dryer, and the bathroom smelled terrible. Couldn't even keep the bathroom door open without the whole room smelling bad from it. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and cut it at 1 and got another hotel the next day because of how unsafe it was. They wouldn't refund us so we ended up paying for 2 hotels.

My room number is 2. This room leacking to under the bed. So cold and ask "do you have heating ? Receptionist said no heating all the building. I asked another blanket and using my sleeping bag sleeping 4 hours. I canceled 19th night.

Översätt text med kameran I don't know where to start. The room was under all criticism. Smelled so much smoke even though you weren't allowed to smoke in the room. The handle to the toilet door was broken so you couldn't pull and close it completely. Found lots of dark spots here and there in the room, maybe mold? It was very poorly cleaned overall. BUT they actually get a plus because they got new towels every day and a made bed.

C'est là que ça se passe...
Vue sur le jardin! Je suis arrivé très tard le soir du 14 novembre 2024. La grille étant fermée, je me suis dit qu'il faut contourner pour pouvoir entrer de l'autre côté. Mais, de l'autre côté, ce n'était plus l'hôtel mais une zone pavillonnaire. Alors je suis revenu vers la grille. Il y a une petite porte qui reste fermée à l'aide d'une chaine et d'un cadenas. Un numéro de téléphone étant affiché près de la petite porte, j'ai appelé ce numéro. La réception de l'hôtel m'a communiqué le code qui permet d'ouvrir la grille.

Séjour décevant
J'ai passé quelques jours dans cet hôtel. La propreté de la chambre n'y était pas, plus particulièrement pour ce qui est de la salle de bain. Il restait des poils dans le lavabo et la douche. La poubelle est juste vidée... De plus, le choix du petit déjeuner est plus que limité et rachitique. Pour le prix du supplément petit déj, le choix n'y est pas du tout. Même pas de croissants... Le choix des yaourts est plus que limité. Je ne me suis même pas rendu les jours suivants ma première nuit. À mes yeux, le seul point positif est le personnel à l'accueil. Il y a très peu de chance que je revienne dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel première classe , chaîne connue pour son rapport qualité/prix raisonnable pour des équipements minimums . Mais jusqu'ici je n 'avais jamais été confronté avec des chambres dans cet état à la limite de l'insalubrité ... séparation entre le lit et les WC/douches pire que dans un camping car des années 60 , rideau de douche tenant sur une barre de dressing rouillée et refixée plusieurs fois au vu du nombre de trous dans le plafond , CENDRIERS sur le bord de l'évier et traces de brulures de cigarettes à de nombreux endroits dont les lavabos .... Literie hors d'âge à l'état d 'usure et d'hygiène plus que douteuse ( heureusement les draps étaient bien propres quant à eux) Voilà pour l'état global , je passe sur des traces ressemblant à des excréments humains sur les murs proche de la porte d'entrée , porte d'entrée dont la poignée n' a pas dû voir de lingette depuis plusieurs semaines . En résumé , l'hôtel était plein ,d 'artisans , et de quelques familles comme la mienne , ici pour être proche du parc astérix , mais ce n'est pas parce qu' on est une grande chaine et que la demande est forte , qu'il faut tomber dans le cliché des "Marchands de sommeil" . Bref une honte de payer une chambre 70 euros , là où peut trouver plus d'hygiène dans une auberge de jeunesse ou un refuge de montagne à 15 euros la nuit . En attente d'une réaction du groupe possédant cet hôtel , je ne peux que vous conseiller de fuir cet endroit !!! 1point positif: le personnel d'accueil très disponible

il n'y a que le nom de première classe. Pas de serviettes, odeures ambiantes (renfermé et moisi), toiles d'araignées, moisissures, , poussière sur la TV et derrière, insectes séchés au sol..tout les déconvenues possibles sont là.
