The property had yellow running water. We had no working telephone to call for any services. The staff was rude and short with us , like we were being a bother when asking for things like cabs .

You get what you pay for. My first impression of this place was Motel 6. The exterior definitely doesn't give 3.5 star but the first room I was put in was pretty decent until I was told that I had to switch rooms because the general manager was coming? The next room I was put in was not as appealing as the first but it still had an ocean view as the front desk assured it would. The toilet was stopped up, the air conditioner was loud and didn't get cold, not to mention, no one ever came to clean my room the entire six days I was there. Needless to say, I personally wouldn't stay there again. The only few things I liked was that the parking for guest is free and that it's close to the airport, other than that, no bueno.

This property is centrally located, not too far from Public transportation, ferries, and a short car ride to the airport. You can walk to shopping and dining, although dining and Bar is located on property. They are upgrading which is nice. I will definitely stay here again and I have stayed several times before.

The staff, everyone from security front desk and housekeeping were friendly. The rooms are pretty standard. I didn’t get the room type I booked but I didn’t mind. Close to everything in town and local buses run regularly in front of hotel. For a cost effective, safe and clean. I would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to their guests. It’s been under construction for some time and it might’ve affected the water quality in the bathrooms. Other than that the ocean view is beautiful and I enjoyed my stay

Room had no iron asked as we checked took three hours to fet it, reception never answers the phone and you go downstaurs they are away frim the receptuon area outside talking to their friends
