"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city . Perfect location to explore . Food was wonderful as well. The Breakfast was amazing that is provided. Rooms very comfortable but ours was tad noisy. Not sure what you could do about that? Pickelball courts across street that were public and street noise. We also used the spa which was outstanding . We all loved SAPA. The hotel was icing on the cake. Staff top notch as well . "

"Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel."

"Good hosts and good family. They are very hospitable and very nice. It doesn’t matter if you are a solo traveler or with others, you will be cared for the same as if you were one of their family. It’s so peaceful, this is the best part of Vietnam, in my opinion. "

Quiet and comfortable.

"We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff if you want a tour. They have various packages to choose from. Overall an amazing experience to get away from the busy city life. To me it’s considered to be a bit pricey for Vietnam. "
