첵크인은 오후4시부터인데 일찍 도착한 게스트의 경우 안내를 하면서 4시에 다시 올 경우 이름을 다시 이야기할 필요없이 번호표 같은걸 줘서 바로 키를 교환할 수 있게하면 더 좋겠습니다. 정책상 고객 주소정보까지 적게 하던데 그냥 신분증을 보고 필요한 정보를 (이름, 전화번호) 입력하면 좋을것 같습니다. 이상 상기 2가지는 다른 숙박업소와 비교시 매우 불편하였습니다.

진짜 최근에 생긴것 제외하곤 아무 장점 없음. (조식이 있다정도). 주차도 힘들고, 만차되면 유료 주차장 써야함. 엘레베이터 엄청 느림. 노련한 직원 없고 다 저렴한 젊은친구들 뿐임.
