"Love this resort! Clean! Very friendly staff! Super quiet(my biggest positive)! It’s nice to have the restaurant on property. Plenty of chairs on the beach and towels for use. Every morning the beach staff have been very accommodating in assisting us with umbrellas and side tables! It’s all the little things that add up to help make this a very enjoyable experience! Definitely worth a return trip! Very relaxing! Thank you Royal West Indies for a great time!"

"We had a wonderful stay at West Bay Club. The property location is away from all the other resorts in Grace Bay which I loved. It was peaceful and relaxing. The beach is breathtaking. The property grounds are meticulously manicured with lush landscaping and plenty of loungers and seating. Daily Breakfast had lots of options including made to order eggs by request and even lattes. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The staff are the stars of the property. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I fell in love with TCI, I will definitely be back and will return to West Bay Club. "

"We had a small window where kids were not at college so we grabbed it. 3 nights at beaches key West 2 bedroom two level suite. Place was amazing. Food terrific. Pools were nice. Ocean a bit rough first day. Kids loved roaming and eating. Our area super quiet. The concierge service that came with room. I would not do again. Not worth it. The Italian area was crazy. Loud and crowded. So we stuck to our pool and the ocean. My daughter broke her toe at water park on last day. Beaches staff had a plan in place and got her patched up for flight back with local clinic. Those who helped us amazing, and still would not accept tip. The food at Mario's and the Bayview was terrific. Probably will do as a couple down the road. Airport is typical island and was a little packed coming in. Lost a few hours day one there. But not beaches fault. I wouldn't travel to their on a Saturday or Sunday. Overall a great weekend trip. "
