"Facility is clean and new"

"We recently stayed at Icicle Village Resort with our two kids, and overall, it was a fantastic experience for a family getaway. There are so many kid-friendly amenities—our children especially loved the pool and the mini golf course. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from the Leavenworth Adventure Park, which made for easy day trips full of fun. A big plus for us was the multiple electric vehicle charging stations available on-site. It made our trip much more stress-free knowing we didn’t have to hunt for a charger elsewhere. The only downside was the on-site restaurant during dinner service. While breakfast was great, dinner was clearly impacted by being short-staffed—likely due to a large business group and a wedding taking place at the same time. Unfortunately, this led to noticeably stressed and somewhat rude service, which was disappointing. That said, the overall atmosphere, amenities, and family-friendly vibe of Icicle Village more than made up for that one hiccup. We’ve already booked a return trip for this winter and are looking forward to enjoying the snowy side of Leavenworth!"

"This hotel was more than we anticipated. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. You can safely walk within a few minutes to all the attractions in various directions. The breakfast was large and fresh. They have a nice large outdoor deck or indoor dining room both with a mountain view as an seating option. "
