"We travel to Richmond every year on this weekend and this is our second time in this hotel. We love how convenient it is and on top of that it is a nice venue, people is nice and attentive, the property has a classic style but the rooms are being updated. We love that our room had vinyl floors instead of carpet. Restaurant in now open for business. "

"Staff was ready for us upon our arrival. Being an Omni Select customer helped. Our check in process took about 2 minutes and we were off to our rooms. Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away."

"Super easy check in. Very friendly staff and made great recommendation for dinner to order in since we were driving all day. We always stay here. Have 2 fur babies and the property is well taken care of."
