"Nice staff but noisy at night."

"This was a last minute rez driving across the states. Lobby was small and the room was large. Quite, clean and very comfy bed, nice linens. Breakfast was mediocre as expected but the staff working it were fantastic and kept it all up. Pool area looked nice so would be good for family or if there was more time."

"After spending nights in national chain hotels we really enjoyed this vintage, friendly mom and pop type motel. It was clean and comfortable and it has a good feel to it - if that makes sense. Perhaps it brought back memories of traveling with my family when I was young and these motels were ubiquitous and adventurous. The Temple View Lodge has been around for a while and we had to slam the door pretty hard to get it to latch, but to us that was part of the charm. I slept better there than the...
