"The Regency Inn is located on the previous property of a motel 6. Which means it’s renovated and ready guest. I stayed one night and it was very peaceful and located in a safe area. There are several food and gas stations in walking distance. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. If you’re looking for something reasonable, then look no farther. "

"Man at the front desk told me my room didn’t have a TV but he would let me not have a deposit. I told him I couldn’t not have a TV in my room and he said oh we have another one and your hotel is nonrefundable anyways there were roaches, no towels no remote control dirt everywhere. It was disgusting. I didn’t even sleep in there. There was hair and dirt in my bed. There was poop all around the toilet. My door wouldn’t latch all the way it looks like somebody kicked it in there were people outside...

"I called & asked what time could i check in the woman at the front desk told 4:00p.m which was ridiculous because her sign inside said 1:00p.m & my reservation online said 3:00 p.m, i argued with her & she finally said come back at 3:00p.m that was insane & later on that night there was a lady walking across the fence unclothed"

"This place is a dive. Smelled like smoke everywhere even in non-smoking room. Dumpster in the lobby? Sheets did not look washed had holes in them and 2 cockroaches in our room. Yuk!"
