This is an awesome hotel with a fabulous lounge/bar and posh music/event venue. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the bed and bedding were amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Stockholm.

In a nutshell, the staff at the Rival is superb… friendly, helpful, efficient. The rooms are eclectic and well-appointed with super comfortable beds (and a pillow menu) and a great shower. The breakfast is also very good. Patrons may order off a small menu and/or select breakfast items from a buffet filled with an assortment of breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, and fruit. Champagne is also available!

The staff treated you like royalty. They could not be more helpful and welcoming. We paid for the best room available and were not disappointed. The balcony at sunset was lovely. Our stay was money well spent. We would go back again.

The staff were amazing. My mom & I came in early off of a cruise and they happened to have a room ready so we were able to put our luggage in our room and freshen up a bit. They asked us if we wanted our breakfast for that morning since we were leaving the next morning before breakfast time. So much going above & beyond. Great experience and great breakfast too!!
