"We recently stayed here at Widus Hotel to celebrate my father's birthday, as well as, our son's 4-month milestone. While we understand that some parts are still under renovation/construction, the bidet in one of our restrooms were not functioning. Since we booked a 2-bedroom suite, one of the TVs were not working as well. "Rooftop pool is closed all day until 4:00PM! Crazy! So when the sun is out, you can’t get se the pool. The staff at the rooftop restaurant are unattentive and very very slow! Ground floor restaurant which is open for breakfast is excellent and has attentive friendly staff. Hotel is clean and in excellent condition, all other staff are helpful and considerate. Why is the best amenity (the rooftop pool) closed all day? Every day??"
