"Quando chegamos ao local descobri que metade das fotos não corresponde ao lugar onde fica a casa alugada, o local onde eles alegam ser a casa não estava limpa e segundo o caseiro, eles não sabiam que haveriam hóspedes ali. Para ficar hospedado no local onde as fotos mostram precisei pagar mil reais a mais para a proprietária já que o local onde nos levaram não oferecia condições para passar mos os dias."

"A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Equipe super atenciosa (todos, sem exceção). Estrutura para criança muito boa e monitores tb. O espaço do lago é FANTÁSTICO. Parece que você está em um retiro. Perfeito lá, porém o grande problema do hotel é a refeição que não é de qualidade. Precisam melhorar bastante para eu poder retornar. Apesar de ter muitas piscinas, somente 2 são aquecidas e no inverno, mesmo com sol, ninguém usou as grandes. Se aquecer as outras piscinas, spa, etc vai ajudar muito"

"We tried to stay there last week and our first room had an air conditioner that dripped constantly on the wood floor. The room was also very noisy being close to the bar. We don't usualy submit a bad review but this requires it, sorry! Then we asked the front desk if we could change rooms, and they put us in a room at the top of the hill with a good view, but the in wall air conditioning unit was not functioning, and we had a floor unit full of stagnant water. Then we noticed only one pillow...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience. The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price. The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city."
