"The only thing I can nitpick is the wooden blinds in room 11 were somewhat broken and I don’t want the maids parking their carts in front of my door hours before I have to check out. Other than that, this is a beautiful place. Breakfast was good but not sure it was worth the $25 resort fee. It’s advertised as free. "

"Great service but interior a bit tired. Room carpet old and felt dirty. Linen on bed clean and bath/shower all fine.Elevator panels are loose and rattle when in motion. Service, transport and location were great."

"What a wonderful downtown Santa Fe hotel. Safe parking behind closed gates with security. Beautiful spacious studio suite with coach and chair and a KIVA fireplace. A real one. Lots of firewood in hallway. Since it was January we used that lovely fire every night. And your room includes free yummy breakfast cooked to order. Super helpful staff. Not a thing wrong with this place! And walk right out to downtown Santa Fe with the wonderful shopping and picturesque buildings. "

Beautiful Hotel

"We fell in love with the hotel when we walked in, the lobby was old style Albuquerque. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the Mexican restaurant was delicious. Room was large and spacious. My only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress on the bed, my husband and I both had backaches in the morning. "

"It's our new favorite place in Santa Fe NM, it's great! So close to the plaza, super clean, they remodeled every room, and the employees are super nice! Carlos is awesome! It's our second time in this hotel and he was a bid part of the reason "
