"I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "

"Modern and new hotel 3-4 tram stops to the city. Check-in was very fast, room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast is standard and plentiful, very pleased with the wide selection of breads and pastries, as well as the (bagged) tea. Unfortunately the bar at the reception only works from 6pm."

"Nice hotel. Room was a bit small just a sliding door for the bathroom. We got a room towards the street and it was a bit noisy. Make sure to ask for a room towards the back"

"We loved the Mercure Hotel! The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfy, and the staff was very accommodating! I would definitely stay here again! The parking was so easy since the hotel is linked to the parking garage! We did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that! "

"Friendly and helpful staff, early check-in (not guaranteed, of course), and a really good breakfast, including excellent ham, decent coffee, and some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in a hotel. My only gripe is an €8/day car parking fee, which I either didn't notice on Hotels.com, or wasn't listed there."

"The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient. Everyone at the hotel desk was helpful, cheerful, and competent. They made check-in and check-out easy and fun. I was thinking this would not be such a great place but it turned out to be one of favorite hotels on this trip because it was so close to the train station, very clean, and quiet and the staff was kind."

"The room lacked a kettle for making coffee or tea. Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg. "
